Troop 50 – Things to remember:

 

Meetings – Tuesday night, 7:00 p.m. Scout Hut

 

Board of Reviews (BOR) – BORs are scheduled every second Tuesday of each month, 6 p.m. Scoutmaster conference needs to be completed not later then the 1st Tuesday.

 

Court of Honor (COH) – COH are scheduled every other month on the fourth Tuesday (if the date interfere with a campout, COH date will be change and scouts will be notified).

 

Advancements – All advancements are due to Mrs. Bianca Moton (Advancement Chair) not later then the Tuesday before Court of Honor. This will give the time to record them and purchase merit badges, ranks etc. All advancements turned in after the deadline will be filed and will be presented two months after at the following COH.

 

Pack outs – every Tuesday prior the campouts, scouts will meet at the Quartermaster Hut at seven p.m. to get all supplies ready and packed on the trailer. If needed, scouts will then move to the Scout Hut for the regular portion of the meeting.

 

BSA Medical Forms - class 1 medical form needs to be on file in order to attend to troop’s campouts and activities, a class 2 medical forms need to be on file for Summer Camp. If the scout is old enough for high-level activities, a class 3 medical form need to be on file.

 

Merit Badges – An Introduction to Merit Badges info paper is in your binder, make sure you get your blue card from the advancement chair and contact the Merit Badge Counselor before you start working on it.
